If you’ve assigned vouchers to an individual, we’ll send these out directly by text or email.

The voucher is received by text or email and can now be spent at the retailer of choice.

How much does it cost to use this service as a school?

This service is free to use. You simply pay for the vouchers you purchase.

What payment options are available?

You can pay by bank card or invoice (i.e. cheque, bank payment, BACS etc).

Do I need to have Wonde installed to use this service?

If you have Wonde installed then we can send vouchers by text message or email using the data from your MIS. If you do not have Wonde installed you will need to send the vouchers manually yourself.

Are there any minimum/maximum I have to order?

No, you can order as little or as many vouchers as you like.

What voucher retailers are available to purchase?

You can currently purchase vouchers for Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Morrisons, and Iceland.

Can I set a custom amount for the vouchers purchased?

Yes, you can set your voucher to be any amount above £1.00.
